Used the walk-up window today - love this option for quick service with a smile! Staff is friendly, seating is ample with patio.

I live about a 60 second walk from this Starbucks, so I generally place a mobile order a bit before I leave so my drink is almost done once I arrive. Every time I place an order the app gives me an estimate of 3-however many minutes and will count down until it says "soon". Usually I leave then and at this Starbucks I always end up waiting another 10 minutes on top of the 7-10 I already waited just for one drink.
Most of the employees are rude and super brisk (which I understand being in a hurry; I've worked the exact same job before) and do not make orders correctly. My orders are always missing something, and last time I was there an employee was given my cup by the supervisor on duty and asked him to make it because I was the longest waiting mobile order. The employee said he hated making Frappuccinos but he would do it anyway, but that he "would not be happy about it".
At the time he had no idea I was the customer (I saw the name on the cup) and he didn't even make it correctly. He literally put it down and yelled my name and walked away before I could even ask him to fix it (just missing whipped cream) so I just left.
Awful experience. The Starbucks at Circle Tower is super busy too but the employees are (or at least act like) decent people, and it's only 3-4 mins away so order there instead. -

This is my most regular Starbucks stop! Being across the street from my office really helps! (Doesn't help my wallet though...) The staff is very friendly, and I've never had an issue with the many mobile orders I put through on a regular basis! It's a small location so it can fill up fast if it's busy, but most customers are coming and going so there's usually a spot to sit. There's also a walk-up window outside if you're sitting in the shaded area next to the building. I haven't tried that yet, but it looks like a good spot for a meeting or just to hang out and enjoy people watching (perfect area for it). This location is also a "reserve" location so you can find specialty coffees here, and they have cold brew and nitro cold brew on top! I'm a fan.

This location is always a friendly place! I stop in here whenever I'm walking along Mass Ave. It can be busy because of its location, but usually staff are quick and friendly despite busy crowds.

Ugh I'm so disappointed in the customer service I receive here, no matter how Busy you are you're a national branded company, this is unacceptable. Not only are the wait times very long; the baristas are unfriendly and unwilling to fix drinks they mess up which is a Starbucks policy!
I ordered an iced drink, waited over 5 minutes for it to receive a hot drink. I said this was supposed to be iced, he responded drinks don't come iced I added ice to it.. so not only did I not get my iced drink, nor a hot drink, I got a crummy $6 luke warm drink.
This location needs to improve customer service because it's really sad to come back every week to see the Same thing.
